Awareness Through Movement® is the FELDENKRAIS® method for working with a group. During the classes the participants are mostly laying or sitting on the floor. With verbal guidance they start to explore and feel their own body and they experience their body's repertoire of movements. The soft and playful way of experiencing movements often leads to direct relief and to a decrease of physical discomfort and stress. The method increases flexibility and well-being and improves your posture. Everybody can do the lessons independent of age or physical condition .
