Tip: Relaxation programmes (with the Sounder Sleep System®)
or movement / self-optimisation programmes (FELDENKRAIS®) can also be tailored to your wishes and needs.
Note: I can’t offer courses or workshops covered by the Central Prevention Testing Centre (ZPP). My courses do not fulfil the requirements set out in §§20 and 20b Abs. 1 i. V. mit § 20 Abs. 1 Satz 3 SGB V.
