What is the Sounder Sleep System®?
The Sounder Sleep System® is an effective training programme for a deep and regenerating sleep. It is based on the observation that a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness can be attained through the smallest of body movements synchronised with your breathing pattern. Once you have reached this state, you will automatically fall asleep, whether you are an insomniac, suffering from exhaustion or are simply very tired. In the Sounder Sleep System® exercises are built upon three thematic pillars.
During a lesson or workshop you will focus on your breathing "guided natural breathing", which you will be able to use in daily relaxation exercises "daytimer" and exercises to fall asleep "mini-moves".
